About the event
What is Forest Bathing?
Forest Bathing is a wellness practice that originated in Japan in the 1980s. It invites us to slow down and connect with Nature through all of our senses. Forest Bathing Walks are gentle, guided experiences that cultivate mindfulness, presence, and deep relaxation in the natural world.
These gentle, guided walks offer simple invitations to unplug, relax, and let the forest soothe your mind, nourish your body, and rejuvenate your soul. Many people leave feeling calmer, more emotionally balanced, less stressed, and deeply connected—to Nature and to themselves.
Certified Nature Therapy Guide & Trainer, Claire Beach will guide a 2 hour walk that ends with a special Forest tea.
