We are dedicated to bringing Humans and Nature back into balance so that we all thrive! Let's slow down, savour the world around us and create a deeply fulfilling, expansive life! How do we do this? Here are a few of our favourite ways; 

  1. We offer Forest Bathing walks that are open and accessible to ALL. Forest Bathing is spending mindful time with Nature. These 1.5-3hr facilitated walks begin with a guided meditation. We explore Nature with our senses through gentle invitations and end with tea & snacks. Come as you are.​

  2. Through 1:1 walks, healing sessions and coaching work we guide you on a transformative journey in partnership with nature.  Claire invites you to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing to live the life you dream of living.

  3. We offer 1-3 day Retreats that bring people to the wild edge. This is where growth happens! Our retreats are designed to ground, centre and expand ourselves in partnership with Nature. Whether it's with a loved one or on your own - our retreats offer you the chance to grow in a deeply rooted and supportive environment. 

  4. We facilitate Workplace Wellness talks and workshops that focus on reducing stress, preventing burnout and creating a culture of wellbeing in the workplace. 

  5. We have created Nature Immersion programming specifically for Youth in Secondary and Post-secondary education with the intention to support mental health and empower Youth to find their natural resilience, inspire creativity and support themselves daily through nature therapy
